I am soo grateful to the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel staff for their kindness and care!!! 1. First and foremost, I would like to underline that I am extremely satisfied by the sound insulation system of the rooms. This is the main feature on which I pay great attention choosing hotels. 2. My father and I were pleasantly surprised when we were told that our rooms were already ready despite the fact that the check-in was much early. 3. The location is perfect! It is just a 2 minutes walk to the coastline, where the atmosphere of calm and tranquility reigns, especially in the evening and at night. 4. When we were waiting for our check-in, the sticker on my backpack got stuck in my hair, and one of the staff noticed this, came up to me and folded the sticky end gently so that it didn't bother me any more. Maybe it is petty, but I think, it really shows the caring attitude of the staff towards their clientele! BRAVO!

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window. While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining. One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

Central location- close to cheaper as well as more expensive restaurants & eating areas. Aesthetically lovely & well designed - the breakfast room is particularly beautiful. Reception staff were courteous, welcoming and particularly helpful, however breakfast staff were efficient but could do more to engage with guests - it makes such a difference and this is not fully appreciated by the staff (with the exception of reception staff who were excellent). The chefs at the egg station really need to learn a few phrases in English so that they get your breakfast order right. The range of breakfast was good but a wider selection of breads & cheeses would make the quality of the breakfast even better as these were limited. Orange juice should also be served rather than orange drink- inexcusable in Turkey. Had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant- it was great.

- Close to city center, good restaurants, international banking / Atm needs - location is right actoss the Aegan seaside / harbor with great harbor view. one must try the nearby restaurants specializing with sea bass/ sea food - Hotel seamlessly arranged all our airport transfer, Kusadasi, Ephesus, Pamukkale private car/ tour - Staff helped follow up our lost luggage from Turkish Ailines - Since we lost our luggage, staff helped with rush laundry service, provided toiletries essentials on top of what’s normally provided in the room , etc thank you very much Park Inn! we had a wonderful and comfortable 3 night stay! kudos to all your staff! 🥰

the property is clean and its exactly in the center, everywhere is around you starting from Konak square up to the local bazar, the helpdisk are very friendly specially Aytać i dunno if i am spelling the name right, he take good care after us in all aspects, every he went extra miles and advised us where to go and what to do and how to get there, honestly the property is extremely lucky to have such talented person that help the tourists with big happy smile, be confident that this guy will definitely help you and his English is very good so you can easily communicate with him, wish him always all the best 😍
