Park Inn by Radisson Izmir

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window. While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining. One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

Central location- close to cheaper as well as more expensive restaurants & eating areas. Aesthetically lovely & well designed - the breakfast room is particularly beautiful. Reception staff were courteous, welcoming and particularly helpful, however breakfast staff were efficient but could do more to engage with guests - it makes such a difference and this is not fully appreciated by the staff (with the exception of reception staff who were excellent). The chefs at the egg station really need to learn a few phrases in English so that they get your breakfast order right. The range of breakfast was good but a wider selection of breads & cheeses would make the quality of the breakfast even better as these were limited. Orange juice should also be served rather than orange drink- inexcusable in Turkey. Had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant- it was great.

It wasn't my first stay in the Park Inn. I like the location and the rendered services. For a business trip, it's exactly what you need. The breakfast offered on the top floor is very fresh, presented by an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. - Good start into the morning. If weather allows for that, you can even sit outside on the veranda and enjoy the awesome view to the seaside. I had booked a junior suite, that offered the same view to the sea, which I enjoyed a lot. Everything was very clean and in well maintained condition - thanks!

All nice, except the unexpected and surprising fact that the fridge was practically not working at all!!! The water was just room temperature. Some fruits we put in turned sour, rotten. We complained about it and we're told that we can give our stuff in the reception to keep it in the central fridge!!! So, no cold water during the day or night. You have to get dressed and go down to drink water.

finally, we got twin room as was asked during booking: spacious clean room, comfy additions like bed table; nice touches - welcome card and turkish delight for tea. Everything is in good order in the room. I had health problems and hotel was accommodating in terms of traveling days, very quick in corresponding. Arranged transfer Had no chance to check gym or quality of breakfast (pricey for me, but many cafes just outside the hotel).
